Ingredients:
Hotdog Bun
Sausages (Pre-cooked recommended) .
Eggs
Green Chillies
Onion (Bombay onion or Red onions recommended)
Curry leaves
Black pepper
Turmeric powder
Salt
Butter
Sesame oil (for Omelette)
Olive oil (for sausages)
1. Clean the onion, chillies, curry leaves and chop them.
2. Mix the onion, chillies, curry leaves with black pepper , little salt and little turmeric power
3. Then add the Eggs to the mix and beat well until you get the bubbles in the egg mix
4. Add Sesame oil to the small non-stick pan and fry the eggs one by one
5. Cut the sausages in the middle without splitting them it to two.
6. Add little olive oil to the pan and fry the sausages
7. Cut the bun without splitting them it to two.
8. Add little butter on either side of the bun
9. Then add the fired egg on both sides of the bun
10. Then place the fired sausage in the middle
11. Wrap the bun in foil or any natural strings.
We have used this for most of our trips and its really good and easy to take and easy to eat.
