I truly enjoy watching your videos the only thing that gets under my skin is taking one cultures food and making it into something it’s not like I understand try to incorporate it into the food you like to eat but you should let it be it’s own thing too. this don't drink cold water thing is absolute nonsense. human temperature hovers around 98degrees, and so do our insides. cold, even freezing foods, consumed have absolutely zero effect on what's already in your stomach (aside from nay allergies).

yeah, this is how I was when I was working out a lot. ate like a beast but couldn't keep up the sheer amount I needed to eat to maintain 220. its hard!!!😪
