「StarHeritage」プログラムの一環として、未来遺産のひとつである八女福島の町並み保全活動*を2018年10月3日に実施。
NPO法人八女町家再生応援団・NPO法人八女町並みデザイン研究会とともに、旧八女郡役所の壁に「ベンガラ柿渋塗り」を施しました。

“StarHeritage” joins forces with the “Heritage for the Future” Movement .
In our first “StarHeritage” collaboration with the “Heritage for the Future” program, the Jetstar team took part in preservation work on a vacant “machiya” in Yame City*, Fukuoka Prefecture, on 3 October 2018.
Together with teams from local non-profit organisations, we repainted the outer wall/exterior of the former Yame-gun Government Office, using the traditional “Colcothar Persimmon Tannin Painting” method.
* Listed on “Heritage for the Future Project” of UNESCO Japan.
