Having spent much time in VN I still cannot understand the attitude of many Vietnamese staff & their couldnβt care less attitude.
Be it air, rail, bus etc!
Although I will admit vietnam airlines have improved greatly over the past few years.
Bamboo started off very professional but in short order are now basically a low budget shit product.
Again, namely as a result of their staffs attitude!
Guys just a correction here. Starting from 18:06 minutes into the video. I wrote that Bamboo Airways didn't commence these new routes during 2021 but 2022. Actually they haven't even started many of these flight as they show in the in-flight magazine.
For example they don't have any routes to: Munich, Prague, Brisbane, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seoul, Kuala Lumpur, Beijing, Jeju.
I don't know why they even put the routes in the in-flight magazine but it makes them look unprofessional. Even if they blame the covid situation, why not update the in-flight magazine? At least make it clear that these are planned routes for the future and not routes that you are operating.
Lazy eye for details and duplicity since the passengers think the airline has more routes than they actually have
