Sütlaç, which is Turkish rice pudding, is found all over the country and is a fairly common dessert throughout Turkey, but in Trabzon they do this Turkish street food special. In the Black Sea Region, their Sütlaç is made with the rare Hamsiköy milk from Hamsiköy cows. The Turkish rice pudding of Hamsiköy Sütlaç is a real local specialty here in Trabzon, and is not just your average Turkish street food because of this!
