  1. No Christmas markets in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Still on very tight restrictions. My last trip was in January 2020. I'm a traveler too. No traveling this year was really tough. Watching your channel, Tabieats, and other YouTube videos, I am able to travel vicariously.

  2. The Christmas Market in Denver happened but very very reduced and you had to wait to get in because of social distancing on the the wait times where as long as 2 hours to get into the market

  3. Yayyyy thank you Shinichi for this. We can’t go out. This is lovely ohhhhh so many lights. My fave traveller expert. It’s beautiful there. Wow. Ahhhhhh the lights fill my heart and your voice always relaxes me. You look relaxed and happy, hope Satoshi is ok. I’m thinking he gets anxious with all the people whereas you’re used to it in these times. Awwwwwwww Satoshi with the cinnamon for you. You two are so good for each other I think. Not in the U.K. no Christmas markets. We aren’t at your stage yet.

  4. Thanks for all of the videos you've given us this year 🙂 It's definitely helped many people who are cooped up at home due to the pandemic.

  5. Here in South Africa things are not going so well…all liquor sales are stopped, we are not allowed to go to the beach, all gatherings are limited, we have a curfew from 9 at night till 6 in the morning. Have lost some family and friends due to complications of covit. And yet there are still some very ignorant people who still won't wear masks and have massive gatherings. There are still markets as people desperately need to make a living as this pandemic has created massive job losses and our economy and especially the tourism industry took a big knock. But we are greatful for family and friends and having food and jobs so praying next year will be better. Thanks for bringing Japan to us who cannot travel.

  6. We can shop in Southern California, but we can't eat at restaurants, even outdoors. Restaurants that don't lend themselves well to takeout have closed temporarily. Buffets have gone out of business.
I consider myself blessed to have a roof over my head, food on my table, and to be in relatively good health, considering I'm a 5+ years cancer survivor.
Your adventures are amusing and entertaining. I hope both of you stay safe, healthy and happy…

  7. Meli kelikimaka! We don’t have anything like that right now, but I’ve enjoyed having Christmas just cozy at home.

  8. hau'oli makahiki hou ( happy new year from hawaii) 2021 will be a better year thanks for sharing your videos take care shinichi n satoshi

  9. All Christmas Markets are cancelled this year (in Denmark and Germany).
Light are up in the city centre and even on my street. So it is Christmas here, just muted.

  10. Pretty much all big public events like this are closed in Portland, OR. Nice to live vicariously through you guys!

  11. I don't think I'll ever get over how cute you and Satoshi are lol.

  12. OMG, what FUN!!! I wanted to go in every workshop and store. I hope you had some time to actually check things out in-between filming. There are no traditional activities where I live this year. Tagging along with you two makes this season feel truly festive. ❤️❤️

  13. The medical afterthought pivotally mess up because silica immediately peep failing a vagabond luttuce. quick, kind plow

  14. I live in NY and we still had Christmas markets here due to low Covid numbers. I feel very fortunate to have traveled around NY this year. It was also my first time in many years not going somewhere else, but NY is a great state and there's lots to do. I feel happy that your only trip this year was to NY. I completely agree with your gratitude. As long as we have our health. Happy Holidays! I enjoy your vlog style videos so much. 🙂

  15. This is perfect, Shinichi & Satoshi. I love being with you at this Christmas Market! Beautiful!!
Satoshi is taking great photos! Mulled wine. Y u m! What a lovely place!! Festive!!
This is another great walk for me to be on with you two, especially because the pandemic has halted all holiday festivity here.
Social distancing is a good thing! Yes, safety measures are a good precaution!

  16. I loved your travel in Japan and places close by, Shinichi! It was interesting and fun for me.
You made this domestic travel for you, fun for me!! I feel like I've travelled to a homeland that I have only visited in-person once in my lifetime. You have taken me to places I've only heard about!!
    Yummy! Lovely market!! Warming food!
You're so cold!! Winter is cold in Minnesota! Bye Bye. Thank you. Arigato

  17. I was stationed in Germany for 3 yrs. But really only got to spend a little over 1 yr there due to Iraq deployment. But I remember that yeasty beers where Hefewiesen (w's are said as v's so Hefeviesen) and clear beers where Crystalwiesen. Don't roll me for my German. I barely learned anything except what I needed to order beers and tell a cab driver where I wanted to go. But the food and especially the beer in Germany is amazing. Their beer completely crushes American domestics. Just stronger but also more flavor.

  18. They went forward with the Christmas Market in Philadelphia, but they cancelled the Mummer's Parade on New Year's Day.

  19. Nice to see Japan's Christmas market. Looks like a Nice place to be. In the Netherlands everything is closed. All shops are closed except the supermarkets. So i did some Christmas shopping online. With Christmas we were allowed to have 3 guests at home. So it was a little Christmas with the people we love the most. Hope you had a great christmas

  20. Loved the Christmas market, it is a pretty big one! Thanks for taking us along! Great photo compilation by Satoshi (w/Tokyo tower & trees) I would walk from one side to the other and maybe take an ornament home for souvenir! Happy New Year to you Shinichi, Satoshi & Justin!!

  21. It’s funny that I‘m from Germany but I haven’t tried any of these beer brands. There are so many breweries here! Probably one day I can send you a package with an assortment of local beers and treats 🙂

  22. Hi guy's Christmas garden all the trees the light's are awesome thanks guy's Tower 🗼 awesome be safe ❤️
