Hey everyone!
I wanted to share this video today to give a quick tour of my apartment here in Tokyo as well as the cost I pay and how I came to find this place.
As a foreigner in Japan, the prices and sizes in Japan (specifically Tokyo) for apartments are much higher than where I am from.
How much does the average apartment cost where you live?

the difference between small houses in Japan and Hong Kong, One is all about space and practicality the other is just inhuman.

i saw a $200 on online that had more space than yours but it was not in tokyo. location location locatioin i guess.

So every instrument and functioning device is in Japanese language then how to know which button is what
Paying fee's upfront before seeing the apartment is a rip off; and to pay two to three times the amount of apartment monthly rent (thumb down👇) seems as some kind of dirty scam to tie persons up in unreal housing advertisement/s or unfair housing to tie persons up in a not pleasant housing situation↗I mean really, it seems only fair of person/s to make an appointment to get a live walk through the apartment/housing to see if it's really what persons are advertising by 🎥 video or 📺 tv showing and or 📰 newspapers and or magazines and if is what persons are advertising persons; persons are better off to make appointment to see for themselves the built-in material and appliances in the housing and persons best to see the outside of housing, of street house on to see with the advertiser/s and or renter before putting money down on apartment seems fair and or fairest.
