Usually, chinese will add the soup to the dry noodles. But no wrong or right method. I ate the dry noodle & drink the soup separately.

Vegan Burg is totally awesome. It has been around for over 10 years. They even have an outlet in San Francisco.
Oh no! Should not add the soup into the noodles! Soup is soup. Dry noodles have added sauces. They are to be eaten separately. Adding soup will dilute the taste, worse if you add the noodles into that bowl of soup. You would be "washing" noodles in the soup, you get bland noodles and taste of soup will be messed up by the sauces from the noodles lah.
If you want noodles in soup you can order that instead of dry noodles LOL!
