Taken near Exit B4 of Shibuya Station on the Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line.
Broadcast time is from 0 minutes to 30 seconds every hour from 7:00 to 24:00, and may be skipped due to circumstances. It seems that there is no broadcast at 19:00 now.
