Onigiri(rice ball) is a Japanese food made from white rice formed into triangular shapes and often wraped in nori.

We shot the morning preparations at Onigiri Bongo, the most famous onigiri shop in Japan.
Located near Otsuka Station in Tokyo, this extremely popular store has many people lined up before it opens.
They use about 400 eggs a day for their popular egg yolk.
