In today’s Japanese Walking Tour video, join me for a relaxing walk in the rain, listen to the rain falling on an umbrella and explore the streets of Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Japan.

This is a very modern neighborhood in Nagakute city, about 20 km from downtown Nagoya.

Nagakute is a fairly new city in Aichi Prefecture (about 50 years). That is why Nagakute can be considered a very modern place. The road construction is very wide, the house architecture is quite new, European style.

Hope you will relax while watching this video. If you see something interesting in the video, let me know.

  1. Your video is so amazing. I feel like I'm really there with you. Thanks for the wonderful day of traveling. : )

  2. Thank you for this wonderful video! I lived in Kamimaezu in 1986 for a year. I had an older, tiny apartment complete with tatami mats, kotatsu, and futon. Japan is such a beautiful, safe, clean and organized country. I miss the neighborhood sento, the noodle vendors, and tea houses and most of all, Japan's friendly and generous people. Wonderful memories. Thank you.

  3. Enjoyed the video .Like the residential areas nice and clean and well maintained the gardens are beautiful noticed a few purple Japanese maple trees, one of my favourite plants. Kudos for braving the rain ☔️. 👍

  4. I like to walk in the rain too, it's relaxing and of course less people on the road. Thanks for sharing! Take care friend.
