Start seemed like in the gameplay, where you click second time NPC character. And then MP, HP and Stamina counters are like in the Skyrim (and music) 🙂 90 degree moving is the only way to move. Remember that question givers should have yellow exclamation point on their head (but not in Skyrim)!
