    安すぎると思えば油量も素材も無駄なものを入れてなく栄養価も十分ですしお好み焼きって合理的ですね。お昼はこれからお好み焼きにしようかな・・・
    脱線していうとソースくらいですかね。正直これに塩胡椒のみでいいレベルです。

    Watch the video from 9:18 onward. I love it so much. The way of her cooking is amazing in that she spreads out the beaten eggs and deftly puts the cabbage on top and it's done in a flash!

    Why don't they cut the cabbage to their desired size before throwing it on the stove? The cook would save a lot of energy chopping with those utensils. Or,is it all for show?

    チャンポン焼きは意外に思うかも知れないですが、旨いですよ！家庭で作る時は自分は少量ケチャップを入れます。とろみがあってマジで旨いですよ
