If you haven’t watched my first Sagada Solo Travel Vlog, Please watch it first as I showcased there the beauty of Banaue, the other famous spots of Sagada and of course the reason why I tried Solo Travelling again.
For today’s video, join me in exploring the must try restaurants and of course the breath taking views of Marlboro and Blue Soil Hills.

After a quick siesta, we went outside to look something for dinner. For some reason, we were curious about the taste test offered by Pitik Wines. For as low as 20 pesos, you’ll have a chance to taste Sagada’s home made wines with different flavors. Luckily, the owner allowed us to taste all of the flavors again for as low as 2O pesos only. It was supposed to be 20 pesos per small cup.

After having velvety sensations on our tounges, we then took our dinner at the ever famous YOGHURT HOUSE. Honestly, I was more excited to try their yogurt than eating my main meal that night.
I ordered chili java chicken with rice which is just okay for me. The yoghurt, hmmm just for the experience lol. I wish it was cold, but the place? I love the coziness and it feels like I am in the USA hanging out with the cowboys lol.

Day 2
First agenda of the day is to Hike the pine covered trails that open to a clearing of the rocky grasslands of Lamagan, popularly known as Marlboro Hills.

With this tour, you can witness a breathtaking sea of clouds and mountain ranges within the area.
After watching the rising sun, the tour passes by vibrant blue-colored hills before exiting through the southern part of Sagada.

Marlboro Hills is one of the famous spots here in Sagada. I will never forget the time I said to my self that I will soon shout my lungs out when I get a chance to go here. I was watching the trending movie at that time, “That thing called Tadhana”

After hours of burning fats by trecking, we then arrived at the Blue Soil Hills. The locals call it “Kaman-Utek” because it resembles the human brain.
According to them, the soil is white when the sun shines, and it becomes blue after rainfall or if the sun is hiding.

Even though we were not able experience the precious gems of Sagada such as Gaia Cafe, Bomod-ok Falls, Lake Danum and even try their famous Lemon Pie, I really enjoyed my short time here. It’s giving me more reason to go back and explore more of Sagada. Sagada, wait for me 💙 I’ll be back soon
