This video was filmed while circling the island using the GoPro HERO 5, Karma Grip, and DJI Mavic Pro. The Mavic was put to the test in Iceland this year and having flown in rain, sleet, snow, and high winds. There was never perfect conditions to fly and i risked its life every time i launched it into the air. It rained 10 out of 11 days we were there providing almost no dry fly times. The very last scene in the film…my phone actually died while flying due to an inaccurate battery reading from the high elevation cold. I had to BLINDLY fly the Mavic back with the help of my girlfriend. Hope everyone enjoys and if you have any questions feel free to ask!
