This is Echigo Stout, a Japanese beer we found in Hong Kong from what is claimed to be Japan’s Oldest Microbrewery – the closest thing I could find to an official description reads:

Echigo Beer is rich and premium beer. The finest quality barley malt is blended with roasted malt and hops to ensure an exceptional stout of rich full bodied flavour.

So join us for this “on location” episode overlooking Victoria Harbour in Hong Kong – cheers! Or rather, “Kampai”!
