► WHO AM I?

I am a Brazilian journalist living in the United States. After traveling the world working with sports, news, and events for over 15 years, I realized that what I really love is the travel part of it all. So I exchanged life in the newsrooms and stadiums for the daily challenge of being an independent content producer. I created this channel to share the beauties of the world… stuff that for so long I only kept to myself. Also to help people planning similar trips and to inspire more people to venture out and enjoy life!

P.S.: The funny guy who appears in the vlogs is my husband, Gordon. He is Canadian-American and he’s actually camera-shy, that’s why he’s behind the camera most of the time 😉

  1. High speed trains are awesome 🚄🚇🚈🚉🚅 We in California cant hardly wait for our high speed train from San Francisco to San Diego to finish being built by 2029…

  2. i took the train back in 2018 from miami to west palm beach and it was like $30 per person but miami to orlando for $100 is to expensive. we are a family of 4 and it will be like $400 but if we drive we may spend like $100 on gas and not counting probably renting or gettting an uber from the airport to the hotel.

  3. I know that people are saying it takes as long as driving, but the benefit is not having to drive. No risk of getting into an accident or having to deal with a slow down on the highway. Depending on the total cost including having to get a Uber, it'll be a interesting comparison.

  4. 3 hours and 15 minutes?! I thought this was high speed? I've driven there faster then this AND i didn't have to go to the airport

  5. It's a great start but incredibly underwhelming , as a Miami resident I remember that the pitch was employee would be able to live in Miami and commute to Orlando for work in under 30 mins. At 125 mph It's too slow for me to consider it an alternative as a South Florida resident. 3 hrs and 15 minutes is more than I take driving from where I live to Orlando. We need high-Speed rails like in Japan or Europe , Its a start and I hope there is some use to hopefully incentive faster trains on the system. But for 100 dollars I have a hard time seeing the appeal as a south Florida resident when I can just go and drive up in less time for less money in my own personal space.

  6. Is there any real need to get somewhere faster than if you went slowly unless you have to get there in half the time that you did before ?!Everyone is in such a rush , for what ? just enjoy the travel , its sometimes the best part of it !

  7. Brightline is certainly not 'high-speed rail' by any objective international standard. True 'high-speed rail' is currently available only in Europe and Asia and requires dedicated track. Brightline will travel on the same tracks as freight through much of its route, and will never achieve 'high-speed'.

  8. Hi. Thank you for taking the time to make this video. I would like to know if this train is for the public to travel back and forth from Orlando to Miami, or if it's only a kind of luxurious perk for airport passengers? Like, can I just take the train at a train station and go to Orlando? Why do I need to go to an airport? Thank you
