Thunder Dolphin is a steel roller coaster located at Tokyo Dome City, in Tokyo, Japan. The ride has become an iconic amusement attraction in Japan for being located in the heart of Tokyo, and for it’s two distinctive elements. Part way through the experience, riders of Thunder Dolphin weave across the roof of LaQua, before climbing through the centre of the Big O, the world’s first hubless Ferris wheel!

this is another reason why intamin is so amazing, they are so flexible and are willing to work around any dilemma
While the ride on it's own isnt amazing, it's the scenery and location that makes it so fun and unique. Great video as always!
Most unique??? X2. Hagrid's is pretty up there too.
The most unique coaster I've ever ridden was Daemonen at Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen Denmark. It's absolutely incredible to not only be able to go to a beautiful and charming theme park in the middle of downtown Copenghagen, but there is also a B&M Floorless coaster in the skyline which is super cool.
Going there Saturday but hopefully the rain doesn't prevent me from getting in 5+ rides
Why does Asia always get the good intamins?
Snores intensify
The most unique roller coaster I rode was, New York New York taxi roller coaster in Las Vegas!!!
I got a couple of questions first is great bear at Hershey park a good first time looping coaster because I never rode a looping coaster before. Second what do the inversions feel like on great bear at Hershey park. Third coaster bot can u do a what is on great bear at Hershey park.
The Beast (Kings Island) used to fly with Han Solo (Son of Beast)
Get this man to 100k!!! (Btw, I love ur channel!)
This is the only coaster I rode on my Japan trip since Panic Coaster – Back Daaan wasn't open yet and it was the only one convenient enough to make for an easy detour.
The first drop feels pretty much exactly like a 2/3 scale Millennium Force – which is to say pretty amazing – but the rest of the layout is pretty forceless. The environment and views though, are incredible.
It's a fun ride. The setting is what really makes it fun, but honestly, that first drop is the only really great part of it in terms of traditional roller coaster thrill seeking. The rest isn't really that forceful, especially for an Intamin coaster. But it's a real blast, and the waves on top of the building are pretty cool, and you won't come across anything else like that. Not the best coaster in Japan (that's either Eejanaika or Dodonpa), but it's a hell of a time! Definitely worth riding if you're in Japan!
Wow!!!! Excellent video! Thank you.
Tokyo Dome used to be my home park! Love thunder dolphin and this park!
The setting makes it way more intense than you'd think. You're not supposed to see Tokyo from that angle.
I LOVE DOLPHINS!!!
The windey track on the edge of the building is a nice touch
I see the cost to ride is 1030 yen or $9.35 or you can buy an unlimited ride pass for 3900 yen or $35.73. My question is, is the unlimited ride pass just good for Thunder Dolphin, or the whole Tokyo Dome City amusement park?
This seems like it would a top 5 night ride due to the unique setting in the middle of a city
