This nudist beach has a 100% naked policy – no thongs or anything! If you want to wear a thong, you can go to the next beach along – Playa La Viborilla (which is an absolutely lovely beach). But for Benalnatura, you have to show all to see all!

The beaches in Spain belong to the people of Spain and no one is obliged to go naked. They discriminate and molest people going to the beach wearing swimwear and thats NOT allowed according to Spanish law.
There´s no law obliging one to wear swimwear nor is there one obliging one NOT to ! – Discrimination both ways…..
Official complaints can and should be made to the local police if anything uncomfortable happens to you going there wearing swimwear.
