I've been eating healthy for over 30 years, so it's always interesting to see just how many unhealthy choices people make for their regular diet… then they're so shocked and surprised when one day, sooner or later, they have a stroke or heart attack… and here these people are in Thailand, where people literally visit this country to partake in all the healthy food choices available and they still choose unhealthy food. Maybe they'll change in time and give up the meat and dairy, chemicals, food colouring, preservatives, gmos, etc.
