Traveling 30 hours separately changed our lives!! Japan Airlines, Qatar Airways, American Airlines Business Class travel. We travelled separately from New York JFK to Indonesia CGK in Business Class on two different routes. Ann-Marie flew alone in Business Class on Japan Airlines from JFK to Boston to Tokyo to Jakarta. Marvin flew alone in Business Class from JFK to Doha on American Airlines followed by Business Class from Doha to Jakarta on Qatar Airways. Marvin also visited the Al Safwa First Class Lounge in Doha, Qatar which was incredible.

    First of all, shout out to Hon for traveling solo 🙌🏽. Secondly, we have begun to look at possible routes to Bali for next summer. We looked at DC/Dulles to Dubai or Abu Dhabi to Bali on Emirates or Eithad; haven’t looked at Qatar Airways yet. If we fly out from the west coast, we were looking at Singapore Airlines. After watching your video, it seems like the planes and food were more ideal via the Middle East/West Asia route, but I enjoyed watching and learning about both routes.

    Hate to say this, Hon–Big Marv had the better experience. Just recently finished a trip with my wife flying separately. Not bad but having her with me is always better. I also upgraded my ticket.
