Hi there friends! Welcome back to my channel. It’s been a while since I’ve posted, and it’s partly due to starting a new job. I did a quick business trip to LA and wanted to share my stay in the Little Tokyo Area near Downtown Los Angeles (as well as give some brief updates on what I’ve been up to.) I only popped by for a couple of days, but got to catch up with my roommate from UCLA, do a little bit of shopping, and have some creative time in my hotel at Miyako Hotel. I can’t wait to go to Japan again for real! It’s been so long since I’ve been in Asia.

After publishing my two poetry books LA Baby and Isolation, I’ve decided to take a break from writing these next few years until my next book. In the meantime, I’m still creating content, working in digital media, and co-running Babeboxers with Bridgette (my younger sister.) I spent the past six months or so designing a diamond ring with Priority Diamond, a lab-grown diamond company based in Roppongi Hills in Tokyo. I’m super excited to share the story of this ring with you guys- there are multiple customization options, and it’s an everyday symbol for us to work towards our dreams and stay close to our inspirations.
