  1. My mind (or maybe my stomach) is telling me to believe that what they are cooking this Kobe beef in is duck fat. If this is indeed true, I can't possibly fathom the rich flavor, and I will vow to spend my life in search of this supreme meal!

  6. Anyone know why they cube the steak so often? Aren't you always taught to cook steak as one piece then let it rest? Just wondering if this is better
