静岡県は日本を代表するお茶の産地です。
静岡市清水区吉原では山の急斜面に茶畑が広がり富士山の絶景を眺望できます。
吉原は早朝に雲海が発生しやすい場所で、雲海越しの富士山を望む事ができます。
八十八夜を迎える頃、新茶の収穫が行われます。
観光イベントとして、新茶の茶摘み体験会が行われました。
