That cut is from the ternderloin of beef end cut thickest or the middle cut from a smaller loin. The loin starts to taper off quickly from the chateau cut and then you get the filet mignon and then as it continues to taper you get ternderloin steaks and then you get the tip which is used for steak tartar or loin ground beef. However it does really depend on how your butcher cuts the loin up to get top value in their showcase. Looked really good!
Have had Bananas Foster at Brennan's in New Orleans a few times. Even if you're not a huge banana fan, you should always order this when available.

They totally stole the Caesar salad show from the original Caesar’s in Tijuana.
I hate when someone touches or prepares my food without gloves.
With the tip it would run about $300, but I thought it was so worth it with the presentations, even the salad looked awesome. I would definitely take some pictures or video for the memories. From start to finish I thought it was an awesome experience and worth every penny being with the person you love. Great Video!!!!
I've made the authentic Caesar salad, tableside, many times, and the one you were served needed more lemon juice, bacon, and cheese. Furthermore, I used to eat my steaks medium but changed to medium-rare as that's the BEST way to eat them. I cook a LOT of steaks and usually use the sous vide method. Try it if you don't believe me! Medium rare is the sweet spot for the best steak you'll ever have.
