The Balkan land of Montenegro owes its name to the Black Mountains. But there is so much more: steep cliffs, deep gorges, picturesque lakes, orthodox monasteries, Venetian architecture, sandy beaches and even fjords like those of Norway. There are three climate zones alone in the Adriatic. The inhabitants still try to find their way between the challenges of a post-socialist system, the much-vaunted Balkan remoteness and the opportunities of a still almost completely undiscovered tourist destination in Europe.

Since the beginning of December, our channel was downgraded due to a hacking attack suspected by Youtube and the videos published since then were not visible for many of you. This problem we could finally solve after half a year with the help of Youtube support and will now provide you again regularly with new, exciting documentaries 😅

Feel free to browse our channel for the last documentaries you missed: there were some exciting ones. 🤩

  3. It's true what they say about Montenegro's water polo team. They are truly top notch. I don't think they should try using a regular pool because whatever they are doing is working so well for them!

  4. 15 Ads in one Video? Thats seriously Greed and will bring most of People away from looking it. Me included. Stop put so much Ads!!

  5. Highest mountain in Montenegro is not there. It is at Prokletije mountains by town of Gusinje. They should admit that already.

  10. beautiful. It's the type of place that if I lived there I wouldn't want that much promotion…In other areas of the world, the wealthy just bribe politicians, buy up all the prime locations. that is why when I heard a United States Republican politican talking about selling off National Parks to foreigners to 'balance the budget'. I was like if it has come to that where the US is so broke they need to sell off National Parks… then they better give the land back to Native Americans. That money would NEVER benefit most citizens. Just like what they did in Jamaica, most of the citizens, can't even access the good ocean beaches anymore (all the prime beach land was sold off to wealthy foreigners).

  14. One correction, Montenegro is not a republic. We're just Montenegro, just like Austria isn't "The republic of Austria" rather just Austria.

  16. The casino building doesn't match the one James Bond drove up to. Is the location of the film v reality different?

  18. I love this channel. I have learned so much about the world from your wonderful and interesting documentaries. Keep them coming!

  19. The irony of it! You traipse up a mountain to the sacred monastery in the hope to be blessed in conceiving a child, only to find when you reach the top the priest is called 'Sir Gay' (or Sergei) Lol!
