It feels like entering a village that exists only in fairy tales, beautiful and green all around with the sounds of bird all the way. This is how a well preserved nature should look like.
This village is located in Spreewald, 1 of only 18 biosphere reserves in Germany. The video was made in June 2020.
It can be reached with the train from Berlin (around 1 hour), here is more info about Spreewald

12:27 edit: I mistyped the name of the bread — it should have been “Schmalzbrot”

  1. I live here in Lübbenau/Spreewald. Is this really that special to other people? These are just some Rivers with old Houses. The Video only shows the oversaturated good sides. There is trash in the Rivers, most of the houses are in bad condition and cant be rebuild most of the time because the state doesnt want them to. In the Summer you dont even have you row your boat, you get pushed forward by so many other (mostly drunk) people there. The Old Town of Lübbenau is really small and narrow with almost no good architecture like other old parts of Cities. There arent even many stores left, except for gurkin shops. The New Town ist a pretty average small Town of around 30.000 citizens.

  2. I like your channel, because you let us live with nature without any music or something else.. 💖

  3. you hear that? NATURE! no noise cars, planes, trains etc. I hope to one day live in a quiet small town.
