In Taiwan, you can find Nagasaki baby honey cakes that fly out of their pan. The dish is based off of Japanese kasutera (castella) cakes. After the sweet sponge cakes are cooked, the chef flips them out of the pan in just seconds.

  2. I bought these in Japan, but, they were shaped as Doraemon and Hello Kitty. I purchased them at a festival by a temple, nearby our hotel.
