Have you tried a Wagyu Sushi like this?
Back in the Yakiniku restaurant Onikudokoro Gingakuji O-Nishi in Kyoto, here’s a delicious Wagyu Sushi being prepared! Sea weed, rice, thinly slice of (slightly) torched Wagyu, and sea urchin! Delicious flavor combination!
For Sushi, there are a few cuts that are usually used. Chuck Rib, Tri Tip, Kuri (from the Shoulder Clod), Zabuton (Denver Steak), are some of the cuts used!
