I visited Kobe Sauna & Spa, a capsule hotel with sauna in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture.
It is located about a 5-minute walk from JR Sannomiya Station.
It was famous in the Kansai region, but became even more famous when it was featured in episode 7 of the sauna drama “Sadou 2021.
With two types of saunas and two types of water baths, it was a great place for sauna-goers.
The Finnish sauna will be renewed and powered up in July 2022.
The capsule hotel is also very comfortable, with the best bedding.
The sauna, the water bath, and the best bedding ever made me feel exhausted!
There is no capsule hotel for women, but there is a sauna and spa.
