The annual Land Rover Japan meeting takes place every year in the beautiful town of Karuizawa.

The Japanese certainly know how to look after their Landy’s, watch the video and we reckon you’ll agree.

Some of the most stunning Defenders and other model Land Rovers we’ve ever seen.

So many awesome people showed up for a weekend of camping off-road, awesome food, making new friends and of course showing off their Land Rovers to other enthusiasts.

People travelled from all over Japan to be here for the event. It was such an incredible weekend and we were absolutely honoured to be a part of it.

Join us as we travel the world overland, exploring the cultures and traditions of all the countries we visit.
In our Land Rover Defender camper which is our full time home we will take you rock climbing, hiking and exploring across all the continents on this planet.

  1. Back in 93 I was delivering an excavator on my low-loader to a big SAS base in Britain. Imagine how my jaw dropped when I saw row upon row of 101’s parked up and all of them were for sale. Unfortunately they were being sold by auction to the motor trade and not to members of the public.

  2. A bunch of neat vehicles, the Zero Pod is a a neat idea I hope he does well with it. Glad you are having fun. In South Australia police told people they could not walk their dog outside. I would like to taste that homemade wine mix I have had mulled wine that was very good and very nasty, that looked tasty. I hope you stay safe and have fun traveling.

  3. What a great Review about a Defender meeting. I know one for sure. When you ever leave Japan, at least one Fan-club of Grizzly n'Bear will remain. Love you!
