  1. to quote jontron

when you're stranded on an island for a few thousand years you're bound to come up with some weird shit.

  2. Pls define your jargon .. would make viewing so much more pleasurable. (Ex. "Hyper coaster")

  3. Damn Australia actually won smth for once (DC rivals hyper coaster (I've been on it, it's rlly good))

  4. I always get the butterflies when I go on roller coasters with drops, especially big ones. I wonder if meditation can help relieve some of the butterflies during the drop! Btw, unlike back then, you apparently don't have to hold onto the bars, though you can if it makes you feel more comfortable!

  5. I rode the swinging wild mouse and the suspended monorail coaster quite often. While the spinning coaster is a real soft, nice and enjoyable experience, the "drifting" coaster is not. It hurts like hell. The turns and zig zags are way to violent. Before the gondola swings out, your almost through the corner. Your heads are getting punched into the restrains. It hurts a mot more than vekhoma boomerangs or arrow looping coaster, that's for sure.

  6. Thunder Dolphin made me I like roller coaster. I hated roller coaster but my frends made me ride. However I was feel so good and I thought that I hate free fall insted of roller coaster.

  7. I agree with the best Mack rides coaster being dc rivals hyper coaster. I’m lucky to have it as one of my home parks coaster.

  8. We should all be pissed tourism still isn’t allowed in the entire country of Japan. While Japanese are out visiting other countries

  9. When I was studying abroad, I saw the Tokyo Dome City Ferris wheel from the train every day on the way to school during the summer. After a couple weeks, my friend and I were so curious that we decided to spend a Saturday there, not expecting much from a theme park located smack dab in the middle of Tokyo. It's a small theme park and we were able to ride every attraction there, but the Thunder Dolphin was so amazing we rode it 5 times! To this day, it's my favorite coaster I've ever been on.

Fun fact: While you're getting strapped in and having your restraints checked, the conductor sits in a glass booth and explains the ride in Japanese. They use an action figure (the yellow Power Ranger when I went) to show how you go slowly up, up, up the lift hill… then they let go and the figure crashes to the counter. My friend tried to get off the ride but at that point it was too late! It really ratchets up the tension for first time riders. That first drop is so insane, you can't scream because you're going down so fast and the wind is hitting your face so hard your breath gets stuck in your throat. Absolutely thrilling, and I'll definitely ride it again when I go back to visit!

  10. In Denmarks Bonbonland we actually have a roller coaster like the one with the 125 degree drop except it's not the drop it's on the way up to the top. I've been on it and it was super fun
