Watch this video to see what a First Class Sleeper Bus in the United States looks like.

I took The Napaway motorcoach from Washington, DC to Nashville, Tennessee! It claims to be an the future of medium-haul travel that combines the convenience of traveling to and from city centers with the comfort of business class air travel. But, does it live up to the hype of a First Class Sleeper Bus?

Watch this video and youโ€™ll see what itโ€™s like to board, ride, and arrive in style on a First Class Sleeper Bus with the Napaway, a motorcoach a step above the rest.

On this First Class Bus trip from Washington, DC to New York City, youโ€™ll see the butterfly seats, which effectively allow you to have two seats and a bed, not to mention a workspace as you travel the 670 miles through DC, Virginia, and Tennessee.

From the luxurious seats to the high-speed wi-fi, bathroom, and cutting-edge seats, all of this Sleeper Bus experience can be yours for as little as $125.

The Napaway currently offers a First Class Sleeper Bus experience from Washington to Nashville, and also makes the return Sleeper Bus trip from Nashville to Washington with plans to expand.

  1. I live in Jacksonville, FL. I would love to see service to Orlando then Tampa then on to Ft. Lauderdale/Miami area.

  2. amtrak should order this type of seating in their next order of cars for long distance service to sit between coach and roomette service thats cheaper but more comfortable

  3. All in, my flight to Nashville was about 4 hours, and cost less each way. 10hrs is still a long time to be on a bus, even if it is during the overnight hours. Id much rather get there fast, even with annoyances than spend the time in transit. You're still losing time you could be speding at your destination.

  4. DC to Nashville seems odd to me. But they probably did the research.

I think this could be tremendously popular between major hubs. 500+ miles apart.

  5. Travel isn't just about time, is flying faster? sure. But it has a lot of wasted time. I would personally love for more option to travel while i sleep and wake up in a new location. There is something awesome about that. Not to mention with Bus or Train there isn't all the hassle of airport, you don't have to be there 1ยฝ to 2 hours before arrival

  6. Oh, my goodness. I wish we have a service like this in SA. In SA this bus would definitely be highjacked and robbed in a few km hitting the road.

  7. Would be nice to see something from either NY to CLT or NY to ATL but weโ€™ll see what they bring in the future.

  8. This is how they do it in Japan. Overnight buses from Tokyo to Osaka vv will set you back around $50, 3 well-appointed rest stops (one stop has bathroom with hair dryers!) and on-time city center pick-up and drop-off!

  9. Wow, Iโ€™d bet Napaway could send that coach from Nashville to Destin/Ft. Walton on Saturday and return Sunday in time to head back to Washington and make it work. It would be during the day, but vacationers would still snooze.

  10. This is a really interesting concept. I hope they're able expand into other regions.

  11. I see this as more of a novelty then anything else. I wish this guy luck but I don't think it will work

  12. would be amazing for a school group trip. with fuel prices, unsure how this will ever stay in business…

  13. Honestly it would be pretty cool to see this bus have a route from Cleveland or Columbus Ohio to New York, DC, or Chicago

  14. Iโ€™ll agree with the founder ceo.. flying is absolute torture now days. Iโ€™d rather drive 20 hours than fly for 5 .

  15. With that Chinese driver makesure you don't die in your sleep crashing ๐Ÿ˜ด โ˜ โ˜ ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž

  16. I think it's a great idea, wish they had this here in Canada, like Toronto to Montreal or Quebec city that would be awesome
