So many great independent establishments serving the Japanese equivalents of 'Fast Food', compared to here in the U.K, which is generally far less quality, tending to be Fried Chicken, Chips, or Pizza/Kebab Joints (Which are the dominant places – of course there are better places, but not that many compared to chain stores like Greggs etc.) I'm sure these types of places exist in Japan, but in general it seems there are far more establishments providing delicious, freshly cooked meals with a lot of variety and top notch service. I suppose this also is part of the need for convenient and affordable food for workers in Japan who tend to work many more hours away from home etc.? Plus part of a different food culture altogether

The synchronization of everyone together in harmony is a thing of beauty. Not a step wasted. Not a move disrupting another. I give huge respect for that. I would love to visit there one day and try everything on the menu. I'm not big on egg but even those dishes look wonderful
