Nagasaki had been known as one of the major trading ports between China back in Edo period. That was around 200 years ago. That’s the reason why you can find a lot of great Chinese and Japanese fusion dishes. And also, Most of the parts of Nagasaki city is on mountains and we found a Ryokan with the best entire Nagasaki city view with great hot spring!!!

The pork belly bun is a take on the Taiwanese guo bao but the piece of meat was too thin and the sticky sauce not so legit, just if you want to know 🥰
The Ryokan looked fantastic, another one added to my list 😁
