Seeing this more often starting make me feel not very pleasant about them, but rather i feel kind a sympathy for them bcoz if u look the more such cafe exist, the less potential customer they could get, and they just trying to get attention from any passerby but only being pass on, its like waving to someone who don't care to them, let alone some cafe might not really good for being serious bring out this theme, they just jumping on the trend, which lead to the maid itself that harder to attract customer as they don't have value for being special among the rest

hi i did not know much on this maid cafe thing but just read story from someone who used do it and said things about uniforms and weight stuff like that. example was said if your to big for the biggest size dress you asked to go. Also new girls have plain uniforms example shown maybe with the girl across from the girl who asking boss about video. she is wearing just a white outfit. but said after 5 months they get better uniform and then better uniforms still the more they progress. the business must be doing good to employ the ones out on the street and also the ones in the cafe.
If they allowed YouTube to film they would get more business. Being all secretive doesn't help your business.
