2021年3月上旬の散歩。前回、京都駅から烏丸通を北の烏丸今出川（京都御苑）まで歩きましたが、その続きです。ただし前回から約一週間後の散歩になります。
経路：烏丸今出川→同志社大学→薩摩藩邸跡→大聖寺→藤井右門宅跡→烏丸鞍馬口→大谷大学→烏丸北大路→今宮通→賀茂川

前回、天皇陛下が京都に来られると烏丸通を通って京都御所に行かれるので、上から眺められる歩道橋が掛かっていないと書きましたが、御所を過ぎると歩道橋 ( 15:31 ) がありましたので、さっそく上ってみました。非常に眺めが良いです。
烏丸今出川から烏丸寺之内 ( 15:42 )までは、同志社大学( 02:46 )の施設がほとんどです。さらに北に歩けば大谷大学( 29:35 )があります。京都では同志社大学は名門で（全国的にはあまり知られていないと聞いたことがありますが）、赤レンガの建物が特徴的です。その同志社大学の門の前には薩摩藩邸跡( 03:05 )の石碑がたてられています。薩摩藩の京屋敷は幕末までの間、転々としたようですが、1863年（文久3）島津久光が上洛後に上京区の相国寺南の二本松に新屋敷を設け、北区等持院にも邸を構えました。明治になって錦小路の邸跡は誓願寺に。のち京都取引所に。二本松屋敷は同志社大学の敷地となりました。今出川通を東に行けば西郷隆盛邸跡の石碑がたてられています。Map:https://www.google.co.jp/maps/place/%E8%A5%BF%E9%83%B7%E9%9A%86%E7%9B%9B%E9%82%B8%E8%B7%A1/@35.0298847,135.7668475,19.75z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x600109a54e74d7af:0xd53d93397908280!8m2!3d35.0297537!4d135.7664184?hl=en%EF%BC%89

今回は烏丸今出川からスタートですか。
京都も戦国時代や江戸時代に寺院も栄えていて、今や京都は寺院も点在する位の少なさになったのでしょう。
コロナ禍から京都旅行に行けない者としたら有難い動画です。

同志社大も仏大もキレイになったわなぁ。タウン化していくのはしゃぁないわな。同大の中に新島襄・八重さんが住んでた施設がある。今でいうシステムキチンみたいな台所があるよ。やはりハイカラさん夫妻やったからね😄😊。
薩摩藩邸を、八重さんの兄が譲り受けて、そこを新島襄が貰ったんやわね。同志社大も大部分京田辺市に移ったけど、ここに同志社大があるのは意義がある😄🙋。時代を反映してキレイになってる👏。
