I took a rickshaw ride in Asakusa driven by a very cute girl driver, Misa-chan!

Misa-chan guided me around downtown Asakusa and introduced me to many of her recommended stores.😊

Misa has a deep knowledge of Asakusa and carefully guided me through the city. And her mood when we were conversing was very cute and nice.

    As I've said many times already, mere words do not suffice and kind of fall short to describe what an exceptional and beautiful Lady みさとさん is. A lifetime spent praising her qualities and many talents would not be wasted but likely too short to list all of them and hope to do her justice. I mean, I could always try but since I have no intention of breaking the record of the longest YT post ever and even less of wasting your time stating the obvious, I'll cut to the chase and try to be as factual and straightforward as I possibly can, just saying : ありがとうございます.

    Now that you have seen for yourself what kind of person みさとさん is, surely you must understand why we, Her faithful and devoted subjects, are only half-joking when we refer to Her as "Queen of 浅草". All 東京力車 drivers, Ladies and Gentlemen alike are kind, accessible, engaging, open-minded, charming and polite, not to mention fit, ever-genki, hard-working and professional. However few are valued, respected, admired and appreciated as みさとさん is. Together with 鈴木さん, the Legendary Roadrunner / Roadwarrior, みさとさん is the heart and soul of Tokyo Rickshaw. She knows everyone and everyone knows her in Asakusa. Wherever she goes, people bow and smile and never fail to salute her and neither does she. This neighborhood is Her domain, She is its Queen and number one ambassador far beyond the (tightly-locked) borders of Japan. In so many words and with all due respect to your excellent content, that's why I thought something was missing from your work so far but not anymore. This is it, GTJT Onii-san.

    Please forgive me for the randomness of this comment. I realize I've taken up quite a bit of room already yet I didn't not say a single word of the video itself. So much for being factual (I've given up on straightforwardness right about when I drank my tenth coffee of the night, 🙏😉). 6:24 : I hear that, みさとさん. 8:14 : After it's been cancelled for two consecutive editions, I wish I could have seen Sanja Matsuri with my own eyes this year but thanks to our favorite manager, I was able to get a glimpse of it through the video on her channel. If the Kami are willing, I hope I can make it to 浅草 for the Kumade Matsuri instead, 🙏. 9:29 : For once, Zumio-san wasn't here to wish you a good ride but the Boss Man was, 👍. Very classy. 12:57 : Good one, GTJT Onii-san, I was wondering when you were going to ask.

    During the last video, I was quite impressed with あいりちゃん's very good performance as a gourmet guide but wow… Without taking any credit away from her, みさとさん is just on another level. The "Guide Michelin" knows nothing みさとさん does not know about Asakusa. She's the real deal, the one and only 浅草 Gourmet Bible anyone would ever need. I trust this will have inspired you to schedule another drive-through with her as soon as you'll both be able. Looking forward to it, big time. みさとさん is always divine but even more so when she enjoys a good treat.

    33:06 – 33:38 : Haven't forgotten about that address nor that review you shot at Manga Hotel Tavinos. Its very affordable prices, many amenities, manga yet Eigo-friendly atmosphere and more importantly its location make it a prime choice for any traveler willing to stay in 浅草 and enjoy the services of 東京力車. Only minutes away from Kaminari-mon, literally. I wouldn't mind booking a room there for about three months, 😉.

    37:17 – 37:29 : Both of you are being very modest. You may not be able to speak it very well, GTJT Onii-san, but your written Eigo is far more solid than you give yourself credit for. We, Eigo-able Gaijin, just have to look at your subtitles and your replies to the comments to know that. As for みさとさん, even if I could listen to her 日本語 for hours, I have to agree with you : her Eigo is more than just "cute", it is quite respectable already. If I'm not mistaken, みさとさん once said she worked for about a year as waitress in Australia so she's got more than a few "notions". Furthermore, within only a couple of months, I've noticed some significant progress in her pronunciation while following her channel. Eigo grammar is nothing as complex as Japanese, or even French for that matter. However, it's kind of hard to improve your vocabulary when you don't have anyone to practice with. No worries, though. Not only what you said at 38:31 is true, but there are "some" Gaijin customers who would like nothing more than to act as conversation partners for みさとさん, 😉. Please do tell her that, next time you have the chance. 頼むよ.

    34:30 It should be "constipation" not "constitution." But, it's okay だいじょぶ です。I am learning Nihongo anyway so you should not do all the adjustments. I am able to pick up some Japanese words so I was able to understand a little bit of the context of your conversation. Words like まつり and どり are now familiar to me. ありがとうございました.
