Tiny Scotland in Hokkaido —- Masataka Taketsuru, a Japanese man who studied whisky making in Scotland went back to Japan with his beloved Scottish wife and established his first distillery in Yoichi, Hokkaido.
We went to the distillery tour and felt a story of Masataka and his beloved wife, Rita.
