  1. Do you have an ingredients list? He only shows onion, red pepper, celery, 2 mushrooms and kombu. But it caption says over 20 veggies for 8 hrs

  2. I wonder what you do with the veggies after making the broth. Can you use them again? I'm going to try this soon cuz damn I've been craving ramen but all the best ones use animals for the broth

  4. Sooo good I get it whenever I can.
The flavor is rich and deep, highly satisfying.

  5. It’s delicious! And I’m not even vegan and have eaten over 500 bowls of ramen around the world!

  6. Ohhh amazing. I’ll definitely try this but sadly I can’t cook the veggies for 8 hours straight, I live in Brazil, I’m poor and my mom would kill me if I do this hahaha 1 hour must be enough 😅

  7. I just came back from Boston and went to red white while I was there. The ramen is amazing! My favorite dish was the Tokyo Masala! I think its a new item on their menu and it is straight up fire!!!!!!

  8. I love ramen and that ramen looks absolutely delicious! Thank you Chef Kei, and Veggie Pilot for sharing!

  9. God bless 🐁 I make vegan ramen by using coconut milk, fermented bean paste, salt, sugar, filtered water, fried garlics, and sauté dried chili in oil 🐁 Delicious! 🐁

  10. He said he used 20 vegetables but only show about 8-9 ish… Do you have the rest of the list for the broth – or is it the quantity he means when he says 20? Cheers.
