Did some bush walking at the Grampians National Park which is famous for its sandstone mountains. The aboriginal name for the area is Gariwerd. It has many trails including the Balconies, Pinnacles, Venus Bath, MacKenzie Falls, Grand Canyon, Boroka lookout etc. There are lots of kangaroos and wallabies. Saw Emu and deer in the wild too. The town in the area is Halls Gap which is about a 3 hour drive west of Melbourne.
Would have been nice to fly the drone along the walks but being a National Park, it’s a no fly zone.
All footage from 0:32s onwards were filmed with a ThiEYE T5e action camera mounted on a Feiyutech G4 gimbal. Setting was 1920 x 1080 @ 60fps on the camera. It can do 4K. Note that I processed the video for YouTube at 30fps. No post processing was done on any video footage. I think the ThiEYE is a good cheap alternative to a GoPro. One quirk is the red band when there is sun-flare. Not sure what’s going on there.
You can buy both the camera and gimbal from GearBest.
