During the second world war there were hundreds of thousands, if not million lives lost, health issues, infrastructures ruined, orphan children and famine.

It’s been decades since the bombing of the Hiroshima, but when we went there to explore and pay our respects to the victims of war, the pain, sorrow and the melancholy still lingers.

I hope that Hiroshima, specifically the peace memorial park serves as a powerful reminder that in war the only one that is winning is death.
Let there be peace and harmony around the world, so that there wouldn’t be another Sadako Sasaki, orphan children, ruin cities and deaths that are not necessary.

Peace be with us all. May love and joy prosper.
