We board the Tsugaru Kaikyo Ferry(津軽海峡フェリー) “Suite” room and enjoy a 3.5-hour luxury cruise to Hokkaido.
The ferry connects Aomori(青森) in Honshu and Hakodate(函館) in Hokkaido. In addition to “Suite” room, there are three classes: “Comfort” room in a private room, “View Seat” with a front view, and cost-oriented “Standard”. It takes longer than the Hokkaido Shinkansen, but it was a wonderful trip to meet a flock of dolphins.
After arriving in Hakodate, take the ropeway to Mt. Hakodate and enjoy the Hakodate night view.
