Car Camping │ Camp Hiatus Tanay

If you’re into “raw” camping, you should check Camp Hiatus. The property can accommodate big groups. When we visited the camp, several campers we’re already in the property but because of it’s size, we were still able to enjoy our privacy. Staff were always checking their guests but in a very respectful way which is hard really but they did it and we appreciate it.
Their restroom is like an oasis. It offers comfort and more. The only building in the property (the restroom) is where you can find two(2) common sinks for washing, a glamorous 2 basin hand washing area. Their handsoap is similar to what hotels use. There’s bidet by the toilet. It also has a pail and dipper so you can wash “traditionally” or you can take a bath right after you’re done with your “business”. They have dedicated bathroom(s) that are BIG compared to the usual “resort/campsite” standards.

Things you should know about the camp;
– There are bugs, so bring insect repellants.
– The campsite has no electricity, no data / wifi service.
– They offer tent rentals.

Other than that; the camp is perfect as it is.

My rating:
• Facilities: 10/10
