Located in Yamagata Prefecture, the Kunugidaira Rice Terraces consist of up to 208 individual rice fields, spread out over 35 acres of gentle hills upstream of the Mogami River. In the rainy season, the mist from the river beautifully compliments the deep green of the rice fields ☁️🌾
