[ NO TALKING. JUST FOOD. ]
Japan is home to some of the world’s oldest establishments. The main branch of Moheji was founded in 1871 (relatively young in terms of old restaurants) in Tsukishima, Tokyo. They’re known for their fresh seafood that’s purchased direct from the famous Tsukiji and Toyosu fish markets.

Monjayaki is another form of okonomiyaki, with a runnier batter that stays the consistency of melted cheese. The seafood monja I ordered cost about $16 US.
