Most people will know what a Ramen is.
A noodle dish served with meat based broth and comes with some sort of meat topping. And most of the time it is pork.
So this time i want to show you some delicious ramen that does not use pork, and even a vegan ramen in Tokyo
Here are the places that I visited:
1. Kagari – 篝(かがり) 本店 銀座店
2. T”s tantan – T’s たんたん 池袋店
There is also another store in Tokyo Station, but in order to access BOTH store, you need to get INSIDE the ticket gate.
3. Afuri
This is a ramen chain and you can find it around Japan
