Access:

Right above A1 elevator of Higashi-Ginza station.
The underground walk is connected to Ginza station too.

Higashi Ginza station is served by Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and Toei Asakusa Line.
Toei Asakusa Line is convenient as you can go directly to Narita Airport and Haneda Airport.
From Haneda Airport and To Narita Airport is easy as the platform is on the hotel side. To
Haneda and from Narita, there are some staircases you have to use to come to A1 exit.
