In this video I take you on a tour of my $3,500/month Tokyo apartment. This Tokyo apartment tour will show you what $3,500 gets you in downtown Tokyo in an affluent part of the city. The apartment is around 70sqm and quite spacious. It is in a lovely part of the city very near to a beautiful park. While the apartment is nice, personally I don’t think it’s a good value. I just want people to be able to see the reality of accommodation prices in Tokyo. The value for money can be quite poor.
