ⓘ The Chengdu Second Elevated Ring Road is an elevated urban expressway built on the original Second Ring Road. It was completed and opened to traffic in May 2013. The total length is 28.3 kilometers, the main line has no traffic lights, and there are many interchanges and ramps for traffic conversion. The function is similar to the inner ring elevated road in Shanghai.
